Why can I not order Envelopments DIY online? Sorry but at present Envelopments do not allow dealers to have an online basket for individual items. To order simply email or call me to discuss your requirements.
Why do you not carry stock of all items? Due to the huge selection it is not possible for me to hold stock meaning that all orders are ordered direct from the USA so please allow extra time when ordering.
How long will our DIY order take? As I do not carry the stock I would order your items direct from the USA and this can take up to 4 weeks, nearer the delivery date I would email you to let you know that your order is being despatched from the UK.
What is the delivery charge? All items include delivery to the the Mainland UK only. Delivery is available to the Highlands/Islands and outside the UK so please do ask for a quote.
